GembaRed LLC offers a 2-year limited warranty which applies to all GembaRed products purchased directly on gembared.com and not acquired through resale or transfer.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, GembaRed LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, Products or parts of Products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

How to initiate warranty coverage?

Contact us at gembared@gmail.com to initiate a warranty claim and we will be ready to assist you! Please send your original order number, or name and email address used for the original order.

The Buyer will be responsible for Product shipping charges and related coverage while in transit to GembaRed LLC.  GembaRed LLC will be responsible for Product shipping charges and related coverage to return Product to the Buyer.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for GembaRed LLC products is 2 year from the date of purchase. The warranty period is continued to the end of the 1 year period even after a warranty claim is fulfilled. The limited warranty is not transferable to other parties.

When is the limited warranty not applicable?

This limited warranty is no longer applicable if the problem is caused by: (1) damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or tampering; (2) damage by lightning, water-damage, or other natural disasters; (3) theft or loss.
