Unlike our versatile original GembaRed Vector (which has 4 wavelengths), this specialized product contains only a single LED wavelength of 810nm NIR (invisible) energy. Please visit the other Vector panel if you want a more versatile version with more wavelengths.
The Vector 810nm NIR panel has 4 Red 660nm LEDs in the corners that serve as indicators to help you tell if the device is On or Off. As well they may confer some benefits on their own.
This Vector 810nm Mini has a built-in stand, making it easy and convenient to do treatments on a desk, end table, or bedside table.
Using 810nm wavelength is well-known in the science as the deepest penetration for red light therapy, as well as it acts on multiple mechanisms of actions. This makes it highly regarded as one of the best wavelengths to use for red light therapy.
Clinical studies have shown that skin-contact offers up to 5x better penetration than non-contact (i.e. at 6 inches away), so it isn't enough just to have the "best" wavelength if you need deep penetration. We make our Vector panels ultra-low EMF so it can be used on the skin.
It is powered by a high quality 12v adapter keeping it ultra low EMF and flicker. This mini light is ultra thin and lightweight, making it fantastic for travel and portability.
